  • The client had added HubSpot but lacked an inbound marketing strategy and best practice optimization of HubSpot to create a growth engine to generate high-quality lead gen to drive sales toward revenue goals.

  • Identified key opportunities to maximize and activate HubSpot best practices. Created a marketing strategy and led a team of freelancers to execute the strategy.

    • Two years into the marketing strategy, we experienced 120% revenue growth in 2019 and made the Inc. 5000 list in 2020!

    • Developed lead generation funnels and automated marketing campaigns in HubSpot, significantly increasing monthly new leads by nearly 400 and boosting the email click-through rate by 52.79% within the first year.

    • ​Directed the re-design and re-branding of the website, which boosted site visits by 79.58% in the first-month post-launch.

    • Led the marketing initiative for launching a new podcast, developing a comprehensive multichannel strategy that resulted in 1,800 downloads in the first 60 days and 5,900 in nine months without paid promotion.

    • Launched an 8-week online course on Kajabi, generating $20K in sales within the first five months through organic inbound marketing.
